Kalvero Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kalvero, you agree to these terms and our Kalvero Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use commerce services in your location. If you do not agree, do not use Kalvero.

Some features can be used as a guest, while account features require accurate information and a secure authentication method. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Kalvero presents physical products and related commerce information. Product images, descriptions, prices, discounts, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and delivery estimates can change. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an unavailable or invalid order where permitted.

• Checkout is provided through Shopify-hosted commerce and payment workflows.
• Your order is not accepted until the applicable order confirmation is issued.
• Payment authorization can be declined or reviewed by the payment provider.
• Shipping, return, refund, and cancellation rights remain subject to the policies shown for the transaction and any mandatory consumer protections.

Apple and Google provide app distribution but are not the merchant for physical-goods purchases completed through Kalvero.

You must not:

• Use Kalvero for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or unauthorized purchases.
• Interfere with security, authentication, APIs, availability, or other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, automate, copy, or exploit Kalvero except where law expressly permits.
• Submit malicious code or impersonate another person or organization.

Kalvero software, branding, interface, content, and related materials are owned by FIBO or used under permission. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Kalvero for its intended personal commerce purposes.

Kalvero depends on services such as Shopify, Firebase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google, and payment or delivery providers. Their services may have separate terms and may be temporarily unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party conduct beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change Kalvero to improve security, reliability, compliance, or functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.

You may stop using Kalvero and request deletion through the in-app settings or the public account-deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, legal violations, or material breaches. Rights and obligations that logically survive termination, including completed orders and required record retention, remain effective.

Kalvero is provided with the level of care required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated for a product or transaction, and we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
