1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Kalvero is a mobile commerce application operated by FIBO BUSINESS LIMITED (“FIBO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy covers the Kalvero iOS and Android applications, Kalvero support and account-deletion channels, and the systems we operate to provide browsing, accounts, favorites, carts, checkout, orders, notifications, and customer support.
2. Information we collect and process
- Account and identity information: email address, authentication identifiers, account status, and identifiers issued by Firebase or our services.
- Commerce information: products and variants viewed or selected, favorites, recently viewed items, carts, checkout references, order identifiers, order status, and customer-support context.
- Checkout and fulfillment information: contact, delivery, and transaction information submitted through Shopify-hosted checkout. Kalvero does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.
- Device and notification information: device platform, app version, locale, push-notification token, notification status, and safe routing information used to open the appropriate app screen.
- Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, analytics events, crash reports, performance information, request timestamps, network metadata such as IP address, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
- Communications: information you include in support, privacy, deletion, or order-related requests.
The current application does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health data, or advertising identifier as part of its normal buyer experience.
3. Why we use information
- Provide accounts, authentication, session security, and account recovery.
- Display products, preserve favorites, manage carts, and support checkout.
- Show order history and status and provide order-related customer support.
- Deliver service and order notifications when you allow notifications.
- Measure reliability, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect users, FIBO, and service providers.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate Kalvero, including:
- Shopify for product, cart, hosted checkout, customer, order, and payment-provider workflows.
- Google Firebase for authentication, push messaging, analytics, crash reporting, and related mobile infrastructure.
- Cloudflare for application APIs, databases, queues, security, hosting, and operational request logs.
- Apple and Google for app distribution, operating-system services, and platform-level diagnostics or notifications.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
5. Storage, security, and international processing
Information may be processed in locations where FIBO or its service providers operate. We use access controls, encrypted network transport, restricted production administration, and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your account credentials and device access.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including account operation, order fulfillment, support, security, dispute handling, and legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and the status of an order or dispute.
You can request account deletion in Kalvero through Me → Settings → Delete account, or use our public account-deletion page after uninstalling the app. We delete or anonymize FIBO-controlled account data that is not required to be retained. Limited order, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, chargeback, security, or legal records may be retained, isolated from normal product use, for the applicable purpose.
7. Your choices and rights
- Use device settings to control push notifications.
- Sign out or request correction of inaccurate account information.
- Request access, deletion, or other privacy assistance where applicable.
- Use Kalvero as a guest for supported browsing and commerce flows.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account-specific request. We will never ask you to send your password or full payment-card information.
8. Children
Kalvero is a general commerce service and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Kalvero, its providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Privacy questions can be sent to developer@fibobusiness.com.
