Inside the app
Open Kalvero → Me → Settings → Delete account, review the warning, and submit the authenticated request.
Without the app
Email us from the address associated with your Kalvero account using the request button below.
What to include in an email request
- Use the email address associated with your Kalvero account.
- Use the subject “Kalvero Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your account email and, if relevant, a recent order number to help verification.
- Do not send your password, authentication code, or full payment-card information.
Identity verification and timing
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm control of the account email or provide limited order information. We will acknowledge a valid request and provide the expected completion timing. Complex disputes, active transactions, or legally required retention can affect completion timing.
What will be deleted or anonymized
- Your Kalvero authentication account and active sessions.
- FIBO-controlled account profile and account-linked preferences.
- Favorites, recently viewed history, push tokens, and account-linked message state.
- Other account-linked data that is not required for an active transaction or legitimate retention purpose.
- Applicable service-provider account data after verified instructions are issued to the provider.
Deletion is permanent. You may need to create a new account if you later return to Kalvero.
Information that may be retained
Limited order, payment-reference, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when necessary for an active transaction or legitimate obligation. Retained information is restricted from ordinary account use and kept only for the applicable purpose. Shopify or payment providers may also retain records under their own legal obligations.
Delete data without deleting the account
If you want to ask about a specific category of information without deleting your entire account, email developer@fibobusiness.com and describe the privacy request. We will explain the available options and any identity-verification requirements.
